We are providers for the following Insurance Companies:

 Aetna, Blue Cross, Cigna, Allways, United, Harvard Pilgrim, Mass Health, Medicare and Tufts.

 

Please verify if your insurance requires a pre-authorization prior to your first visit. Failure to do so could result in your insurance not paying. First call the customer service on the back of your insurance card. If a referral is needed then you should notify your primary care physician's office.

 

Auto Accident patients:

 

Coverage for injuries is usually 100%. Exceptions do apply. No referral is needed from your primary care physician's office. We can walk you through the process when you call for your appointment.  Sorry, we DO NOT accept slip or fall cases or Workers Compensation.

Cash Patients:

 

You can pay for each visit individually; $45 per visit or purchase a "block" of visits to lower the overall cost. There is no limit as to when visits can be used. The block cost does not include the intial examination fee of $75. Please click HERE for plan cost and details.

  

Trigger Point Therapy:

 

30 minute session -$50
50 minute session - $90
